In order to release weight, you must first change your mind, and that is exactly what you will learn to practice in these powerful group sessions.

Very often the mental image that we have of ourselves when we focus on weight loss conflicts with the end result that we truly wish for. Our minds are often filled with doubts and pessimistic thoughts. Using meditation and positive affirmations you may stamp out doubts and allow yourself to move into the experience of a leaner healthier YOU.

One of the most powerful mind and body techniques involve combining positive affirmations with meditation for weight release and diet changes. It has been proven over and over again that what you are imagining right now will be what life gives you in the future. When you use meditation and positive affirmations for weight release it is possible to imagine yourself as strong whole lean and healthy.

Meditation may assist you to relax and it will increase your self-awareness, so you're less likely to give in to emotional eating when you're practicing meditation.

Positive Affirmations are powerful statements that are used to build a positive internal dialog and by consistently repeating these positive statements or declarations to yourself, you create positive unconscious thoughts. These new, positive, productive thoughts will then replay automatically throughout your life and each time they replay, they'll reinforce the new positive inner-image you have of yourself and your life in general.

When: Two dates to choose from

Wednesday September 15th at 7:30pm -8:50pm (only seven seats available) once a week for 8 weeks

Saturday September 18th at 9:30am-10:50am (only seven seats available) once a week for 8 weeks

Cost: $30.00 to reserve your seat and join, then $10.00 a week.

NOTE: Although this is a serious group, please be prepared to have fun!

Learn simple powerful meditation tools that work. Designed for anyone interested in establishing a regular meditation practice. Create peace, ease and clarity in your life through meditation. If you have had trouble establishing a regular meditation practice or if this is your introduction to meditation this class series will set you on course. We will not be sitting cross-legged on the floor, rather sitting in chairs, to create more ease as you learn various meditation techniques. You will learn how to centre yourself, ground your body and own your personal space, along with many other management tools. This is a tried and true method, which has changed many people’s lives, and it is intended to:

Hone intuition
Cultivate awareness
Improve relationships
Explore your powerful personal energy system
Develop a deep and rich meditation practice

You will take home your own music meditation CD created by the facilitator Christine Noble.

Self Hypnosis Course

Minimum of 4 people to a group.  Call 519 633 7380 to arrange the perfect time/location/date for your group.

Hypnotize Yourself! Change your thoughts and beliefs and give yourself the opportunity to transform your life! If you’re ready to make changes in your life, self-hypnosis can be a powerful tool to facilitate change.

 

Book yourself and your friends for a life changing series of learning self hypnosis. Over the course of 3 weeks I will attend to your group and facilitate this course.  Self evaluation, goal setting and action plans are created in a personal way only sharing when/if comfortable. Time management skills, self confidence and motivation will get you on your way to achieving your goals.
